Terms and Conditions

1. Ticketing and Entry Conditions for New Year’s Eve
   -All attendees must hold a valid ticket and present it at check-in.
   -Each ticket admits one (1) person only. Only infants carried in arms may enter without a ticket.
   -All children aged 12 and below require a valid ticket for entry.
   -Attendees under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
   -Attendees must comply with all venue rules, security checks, and safety instructions issued by event staff and authorities.
   -Mandatory bag checks will be conducted for all visitors entering Togetherland throughout New Year’s Eve.
   -No outside food or drinks are permitted within the event grounds. Plain water in bottles for personal consumption is allowed and may be subject to checks.
   -The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest at its discretion.
    

2. ​Entry and Exit Operations on New Year’s Eve
   -Entry and exit will be regulated to ensure crowd safety and capacity control.
   -From 4pm to 9pm, entry and exit will be permitted via the designated Togetherland Main Entrance beside The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
   -From 9pm to 11pm, entry will be relocated to the Marina Bay Open Carpark (behind Red Dot Design Museum) and may be restricted or temporarily paused once maximum capacity is reached. Ticket holders may be required to wait until entry is permitted.
   -From 9pm to 1am, no re-entry will be allowed for visitors who leave Togetherland after 9pm.
    

3. Visitor Conduct, Safety and Transport Advisory
   -Attendees participate at their own risk.
   -Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or any actions that may endanger others will not be tolerated.
   -The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates these rules without refund.
   -Visitors are strongly encouraged to use public transport. Road closures and traffic diversions may be in effect, and vehicles parked within affected areas may only be able to exit after 2am on New Year’s Day.
    

4. Cancellation and Modifications
   -Togetherland is a rain or shine event.
   -Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   -As the event is largely held in open, unsheltered areas, visitors are encouraged to bring ponchos or umbrellas in the event of rain.
    

5. Media, Photography and Recording
   -By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
   -All media captured during the event remains the property of the organiser and may be used in future marketing or communications.
    

6. Liability and Personal Responsibility
   -The organiser is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
   -Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and safety throughout the event.
